Terms and acceptable use

Sunnyletter is for sending email to people who asked to hear from you. To keep every customer's emails out of spam folders, all accounts must follow these rules.

You may only email people who opted in

• No purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists, and no lists of people who only gave you their address for another purpose.
• Every email must include your real postal address and a working unsubscribe link. Sunnyletter adds both automatically.
• Unsubscribes take effect immediately and can't be undone by importing the address again.

Content we don't allow

Illegal content, phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, adult content, get-rich-quick schemes, and anything that impersonates another person or business.

Monitoring and suspension

New accounts have a small daily sending limit until we review them. We pause campaigns automatically when bounces exceed 5% or spam complaints exceed 0.3% of delivered email, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from the billing page. Plans are priced by subscribed contacts.
