Sunnyletter is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped.

• Your account is ready as soon as you sign up at sunnyletter.com, and you can use it from any web browser.
• When you upgrade, your new plan's limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Your plan is shown on the Billing page.
• We email receipts and account notices to the email address on your account.
• If a paid plan isn't active within an hour of a successful payment, email hello@sunnyletter.com and we'll fix it the same business day.
